Long Term Fiber Filter

Tri-High’s long term fiber filter is used to solve the problems of too much fiber and heavy maintenance work for getting a long term and better filtering effect.

For the food waste, kitchen waste and sludge dewatering treatment, the waste water in three-phase separating stage and biogas slurry stage contains plenty of fiber which should be removed to protect the following stage. The bag filters are usually used, however, plugging is too frequent, and the filter bags need to be replaced every one or two days, even every 2 hours. Hence, the labor cost is high and the following system is unstable.

The long term fiber filter using a unique technology of filter bag storage,  having automatic filtration system and automatically refresh filter bag, the filtration time is ultra-long and the filtering effect is 20-50 times to the traditional filter, can effectively solve the problems of too much fiber and heavy maintenance work,etc. When the single stage filtration is not effective, a multi-stage filtration can be used to ensure the fiber filtration to meet the water permeate requirements of the following stage, the filtration system adopts modular design, compact and flexible, can be suitable for different water capacity.
