Special Tubular Membrane and Filter

1. Tubular filter used for carbon resource utilization from restaurant wastes

A special tubular filter can be used for carbon resource utilization from restaurant wastes. It can be operated at 70℃ and 10,000ppm oil. The flux is above 50LMH for the 3-phase separated waste water which the COD is above 120,000-180,000ppm.The permeate can be used as carbon resource for waste water treatment.

2. Tubular filter for anaerobic sludge dewatering

Special tubular filter for anaerobic sludge especially used for restaurant wastes, has a flux above 40LMH at 38-50℃ and can be higher when the temperature increased at maximum 80℃.

3. Tubular membrane for chemical softening

Tri-High has special tubular membrane in the process of chemical softening to remove Ca²⁺ , Mg²⁺ ,SiO₂ and heavy metal ions, such as Cu²⁺ , Ni²⁺ , Cr³⁺ in the application of RO concentrate ZLD, rinsing water reuse, plating and electronic waste water. The membrane can resist pH 2-13 at 50℃. It has high flux, can be used for the waste water with COD value up to 100,000.

4. Sludge dewatering tubular filter

The unique tubular filter can be used for normal sludge and anerobic sludge dewatering. During dewater process, it is a single separation without adding chemicals, such as PAM,PAC,etc. At the end the sludge contains water ＜80%. It can be used for leachate, restaurant waste, food and beverage, for which the water need to be further treated, or the sludge is to be used as a resource with higher value. The sludge and the permeate water are of better quality, respect to the common sludge dewatering technology.
