Normal Tubular Membrane

The normal tubular filter is PVDF material, pore size is 30nm, mainly used in landfill and incineration leachate, high COD wastewater and concentration of fermentation broth. It is quite robust, the MLSS is 15-40g/L, filtration flux more than 70LMH, matured technology and wide application. There are more than 1000 cases for the customer including EVERBRIGHT, CECEP, WELLE, BESG, GRANDTOP, SHANGHAI LAOGANG，etc., nearly hundred projects are thousand-ton project. The life time of the membrane can be more than 10years in many references and even up to 15years in Foshan project. There are professional matching tools of unplugging, long term fiber filter and other subsidiary equipment to ensure the reliable operation of the membrane system.

Application principle

External tubular membrane bio-reactor(TMBR)is an MBR technology that mainly treat leachate and high COD wastewater, it is  mainly composed of biochemical system and external tubular UF membrane system, removing the organics and other contaminants by biochemical system, separating the sludge and water by external UF tubular membrane, getting high quality UF permeate water directly, the concentrate flow back to the biological tank. Tubular membrane has been recognized by its high strength, good anti-fouling performance, simplicity of operation and maintenance in TMBR system. The design flux is up to 70~100L/ (m2 .h) and filtering precision is 30nm, sludge can be intercepted effectively by 8mm membrane channel, no blockage and fouling of the membrane tubes. The MLSS of the biological tank can be reached to 40g/L by the high interception performance of the membrane, greatly improved the microbial flora activity and microbial degradation efficiency, most of the refractory organics in the wastewater was removed. It is specially suitable for landfill and incineration leachate and other high COD wastewater treatment. The process is simple and reliable, it can ensure a long time stable operation and already widely applied.
